Narrative:
First session training since marc; I had cleared aircraft X for takeoff from runway xx at heading 270 [and it] was 1 mile off the departure end when I cleared aircraft Y for take off from runway xx heading 270. When aircraft Y tagged up on the radar; he was 4SM in trail with aircraft X.allow more time between departures to ensure appropriate wake turbulence separation.
