Narrative:
Aircraft X departed IFR. Weather was in the area. I knew he would have difficulty being able to cancel IFR and proceed to the airport. I wanted to get the aircraft to a lower altitude to be able to cancel to get to his destination. I gave the aircraft 1;800 feet. I was focused on trying to get him into the airport; I did not take into account the proximity to the some antennas.
