Narrative:
The aircraft did not descend at a normal rate. In over 10 mi it only descended 1000'. I had traffic saturation on south side of airport that took my attention away from rate of descent. I looked up and discovered aircraft were converging, mine was supposed to be going down to 5000' the other was level at 10000'. I turned mine and told to expedite descent and pointed traffic out which we saw.
