Unable to locate jefferson hospital heliport; orbited multiple times; eventually located roof top pad and landed.landing pad markings are faded; weathered; and need to be repainted. The pad itself is located in a high density of other buildings and structures not easily identifiable. Possible high intensity strobes could be added; such as the runway-end identifier type.
