Narrative:
My aircraft had just departed pns being radar vectored toward crestview VOR. The controller issued a traffic report: 'traffic 1 O'clock, 7 mi, maneuvering type unknown southeast bnd, 7000.' we called the traffic in sight. The aircraft was a navy turbo propeller, single engine trainer doing aerobatics. We were in close proximity to many sectors of military airspace, MOA and restr areas, but safely outside their limits. The controller was not communicating with the navy trainer. We had to deviate from our assigned heading in 2 directions to avoid collision, once to the right and once to the left, 10 degrees and 30 degrees, respectively. It appeared as though the aircraft was following our heading changes. A very rapid climb of 3000 FPM was initiated during the turns to try to further avoid collision. The navy aircraft ended up directly below us climbing toward our altitude. At approximately 500-1000' vertical sep the aircraft turned and dove away. I think the lack of clearing the area properly before starting aerobatic maneuvers in a high density traffic area and not communicating with ATC for traffic advisories were contributing factors.

Title: FLT CREW OF LTT COMMUTER TOOK EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID A MIL TRAINER IN PROX OF PNS.
Narrative: MY ACFT HAD JUST DEPARTED PNS BEING RADAR VECTORED TOWARD CRESTVIEW VOR. THE CTLR ISSUED A TFC RPT: 'TFC 1 O'CLOCK, 7 MI, MANEUVERING TYPE UNKNOWN SE BND, 7000.' WE CALLED THE TFC IN SIGHT. THE ACFT WAS A NAVY TURBO PROP, SINGLE ENG TRAINER DOING AEROBATICS. WE WERE IN CLOSE PROX TO MANY SECTORS OF MIL AIRSPACE, MOA AND RESTR AREAS, BUT SAFELY OUTSIDE THEIR LIMITS. THE CTLR WAS NOT COMMUNICATING WITH THE NAVY TRAINER. WE HAD TO DEVIATE FROM OUR ASSIGNED HDG IN 2 DIRECTIONS TO AVOID COLLISION, ONCE TO THE RIGHT AND ONCE TO THE LEFT, 10 DEGS AND 30 DEGS, RESPECTIVELY. IT APPEARED AS THOUGH THE ACFT WAS FOLLOWING OUR HDG CHANGES. A VERY RAPID CLB OF 3000 FPM WAS INITIATED DURING THE TURNS TO TRY TO FURTHER AVOID COLLISION. THE NAVY ACFT ENDED UP DIRECTLY BELOW US CLBING TOWARD OUR ALT. AT APPROX 500-1000' VERT SEP THE ACFT TURNED AND DOVE AWAY. I THINK THE LACK OF CLRING THE AREA PROPERLY BEFORE STARTING AEROBATIC MANEUVERS IN A HIGH DENSITY TFC AREA AND NOT COMMUNICATING WITH ATC FOR TFC ADVISORIES WERE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS.
