Narrative:

Prior to departure of flight may/wed/91, den-iad, former colorado vip was allowed to board my aircraft via the ramp and jetway stairs. His automobile was escorted to the ramp by an airport vehicle. Some security people did use a hand held frisker on him, but not on his carry on luggage to my knowledge. Vip's driver/body guard and his suit coat removed, exposing his holster pistol to everyone on the left side of my aircraft and to anyone looking out of the terminal windows. In view that all flight crew's must submit to full airport security screening. I think no passenger should be immune. I would like someone to look into this matter who authorized this boarding and what particular section of the airport security regulations allow such activity.
