Narrative:
En route from ft worth, tx to richmond, va, relocating an aircraft just purchased. Level at 9000' noticed fluctuation in fuel pressure, followed by loss of torque on right engine. Secured engine and declared an emergency. Requested vector to closest field, chesterfield county, va. Fuel gauges indicated 800# fuel left. Suspect fuel starvation as reason for loss of power. Supplemental information from acn 178078: I noticed the fuel pressure on the right side fluctuating and deteriorating, then the right engine quit. I suspect engine quit because of fuel starvation and the indicators reading wrong.
