Narrative:
During climb out, with the APU shut down, we got a fire warning and had difficulty deactivating the warning system. This aircraft had a history of false warnings and had been worked on by maintenance personnel during the overnight layover. The emergency checklist was accomplished, but we still received fire warnings. The aircraft was returned to slc and maintenance did determine that it was a false warning again.
