Narrative:
Small transport X IFR 0a6 to rdg was issued a clearance to climb to 110 on a 020 degree heading rv to mol. The aircraft crossed the wilkes sector boundary at 19.1 ft climbing to 110. Because of workload, complexity, and the fact that the small transport X was a very slow clber, small transport X crossed the wilkes sector boundary climbing to 110 without a pointout to the wilkes sector who owns 10000 ft and below. I believe this deviation occurred because small transport X at one point for 2 mins and approximately 30 seconds climbed only approximately 700 ft. I was very busy working 2 sectors combined during a departure push and failed to observe small transport X approaching the boundary and didn't point small transport X out to the wilkes sector.

Title: SMT X ENTERED ZTL AIRSPACE WITHOUT PROPER TRACON ARTCC INTERFAC COORD BY CLT DEP CTLR.
Narrative: SMT X IFR 0A6 TO RDG WAS ISSUED A CLRNC TO CLB TO 110 ON A 020 DEG HDG RV TO MOL. THE ACFT CROSSED THE WILKES SECTOR BOUNDARY AT 19.1 FT CLBING TO 110. BECAUSE OF WORKLOAD, COMPLEXITY, AND THE FACT THAT THE SMT X WAS A VERY SLOW CLBER, SMT X CROSSED THE WILKES SECTOR BOUNDARY CLBING TO 110 WITHOUT A POINTOUT TO THE WILKES SECTOR WHO OWNS 10000 FT AND BELOW. I BELIEVE THIS DEV OCCURRED BECAUSE SMT X AT ONE POINT FOR 2 MINS AND APPROX 30 SECONDS CLBED ONLY APPROX 700 FT. I WAS VERY BUSY WORKING 2 SECTORS COMBINED DURING A DEP PUSH AND FAILED TO OBSERVE SMT X APCHING THE BOUNDARY AND DIDN'T POINT SMT X OUT TO THE WILKES SECTOR.
