Narrative:
Takeoff from 67R. Turned to right to avoid R6317, heading 030 degrees and tracked through east 1/4 of R6317 due to deviations to avoid WX. Rain showers in the area. Aimed on 200 degree right of thx 111.4 VOR until VFR on top. Intersected sat 116.8 175 degree right and tracked to sat. Broken condition with tops 6500'. Received IFR. Let down near lemig intersection and landed VFR at sat. Tower advised pilot call phone #. ATC crp advised of tracking west of prescribed 200 degree right and 175 degree right (due to navigation eq error) and penetration of R6312. Also penetration of R6317 due to deviations around WX in climb near 67R. Corrective action to file IFR flight plans off 67R to mfe and arwys to sat, and have errors in VOR equipment calibrated to remain on arwys.
