Narrative:
I was busy on the williams arrival sector with numerous aircraft in the radar pattern and due to non standard operations. I turned the MTR on a base leg and descended the aircraft to 3100' MSL. The aircraft descended into a VFR radar pattern run by williams AFB. The airspace is not marked well on the radar map and I thought I was clear of the airspace. This incident would not have taken place had I left the aircraft at 4000'.
