Narrative:
While on short final to runway 30R at bfl, an air carrier commuter Y passed overhead approximately 50' or less and landed on 30R. The tower then instructed me to overfly 30L and make a go around. Both aircraft had been cleared to land on 30R. It seems the tower was not aware of the sep of aircraft, and/or the commuter Y lost sight of me while on final.

Title: NMAC ON SHORT FINAL BETWEEN SMA X AND ACR Y AT BFL.
Narrative: WHILE ON SHORT FINAL TO RWY 30R AT BFL, AN ACR COMMUTER Y PASSED OVERHEAD APPROX 50' OR LESS AND LANDED ON 30R. THE TWR THEN INSTRUCTED ME TO OVERFLY 30L AND MAKE A GAR. BOTH ACFT HAD BEEN CLRED TO LAND ON 30R. IT SEEMS THE TWR WAS NOT AWARE OF THE SEP OF ACFT, AND/OR THE COMMUTER Y LOST SIGHT OF ME WHILE ON FINAL.
