Narrative:
Aircraft experienced duel omega navigational difficulties. Winds became obviously erroneous, omegas went into ambiguity, aircraft experienced loss of all HF communications for approximately 1 hour. Aircraft maintained contact with other aircraft on route experiencing same problems. Utilized wind from INS equipped aircraft just ahead on same track. Eventually, ambiguity cleared. Sent navigation unreliable report to ATC.
