Narrative:
Some company pilots and some ATC controllers use abbreviated company identification in their radio calls when they should be saying full call sign. Shortening the call sign has the potential for confusing our company with similar company and other call signs. I recommend a notice to pilots and controllers about the potential problems with using abbreviated vs full call sign.
