Narrative:
On final for a visibility approach to runway 10, we were cleared to land and told we would be #1 for the airport. We were converging with an small aircraft Y on final for runway 6. At 300' AGL, with both aircraft the same distance from the airport, the tower told us we would be #2 following the small aircraft Y. Since we were at least 70 KTS faster than the small aircraft Y it was impossible. We initiated an uneventful go around and came back around and landed.
