Narrative:
I was flying an EMS helicopter dispatched from xyz hospital, in city a, to recover a patient at the mall, city B. The coordinates provided were incorrect and took me 5 NM south of the city B abc airport before I recognized the error and reversed course. I was coordinating with dispatcher, medic command (flight following/status reports), and emergency veh on scene and broadcasting position reports and intentions on abc unicom. Def approach received my transponder code and directed rst to relay a message for me to call via land-line as soon as possible. I called immediately upon landing at rst, the ZZZ approach supervisor advised that I entered his airspace and did not properly coordination with his controller. I replied with an apology, described the nature of my mission and that I was working 4 frequencys and receiving conflicting coordinates from the ground while searching for the landing zone. I was aware of my close proximity to the abc air traffic area. I was preoccupied with the traffic avoidance while coordinating with the ground veh during the search for and subsequent approach and landing at the landing zone. I thanked him for his patience and promised to properly advise him of subsequent operations on or near his airspace.

Title: EMS HELICOPTER GIVEN INCORRECT COORDINATES, PENETRATES ATA.
Narrative: I WAS FLYING AN EMS HELI DISPATCHED FROM XYZ HOSPITAL, IN CITY A, TO RECOVER A PATIENT AT THE MALL, CITY B. THE COORDINATES PROVIDED WERE INCORRECT AND TOOK ME 5 NM S OF THE CITY B ABC ARPT BEFORE I RECOGNIZED THE ERROR AND REVERSED COURSE. I WAS COORDINATING WITH DISPATCHER, MEDIC COMMAND (FLT FOLLOWING/STATUS RPTS), AND EMER VEH ON SCENE AND BROADCASTING POS RPTS AND INTENTIONS ON ABC UNICOM. DEF APCH RECEIVED MY XPONDER CODE AND DIRECTED RST TO RELAY A MESSAGE FOR ME TO CALL VIA LAND-LINE ASAP. I CALLED IMMEDIATELY UPON LNDG AT RST, THE ZZZ APCH SUPVR ADVISED THAT I ENTERED HIS AIRSPACE AND DID NOT PROPERLY COORD WITH HIS CTLR. I REPLIED WITH AN APOLOGY, DESCRIBED THE NATURE OF MY MISSION AND THAT I WAS WORKING 4 FREQS AND RECEIVING CONFLICTING COORDINATES FROM THE GND WHILE SEARCHING FOR THE LNDG ZONE. I WAS AWARE OF MY CLOSE PROX TO THE ABC ATA. I WAS PREOCCUPIED WITH THE TFC AVOIDANCE WHILE COORDINATING WITH THE GND VEH DURING THE SEARCH FOR AND SUBSEQUENT APCH AND LNDG AT THE LNDG ZONE. I THANKED HIM FOR HIS PATIENCE AND PROMISED TO PROPERLY ADVISE HIM OF SUBSEQUENT OPS ON OR NEAR HIS AIRSPACE.
