Narrative:
We blocked out of sdf, after a late sat sort, at am:31Z. We entered the cae ramp area, through a narrower than normal, access taxiway, 'K' off of 'a'. This taxiway has very little lead-in to aid in the turn. You are required to make a rigid perpendicular turn. Requiring precise maneuvering of the aircraft, in order to avoid driving the main wheel landing gear off of taxiway, into the mud. Other frt aircraft have had near incidents of the above nature. Cae gateway provides no wing walkers, nor marshalling assistance in making the perpendicular turn from taxiway 'a' onto 'K'. After shutting down the engines, in position on the ramp, the cae gateway immediately wanted to cargo door open to unload the freight. Normal safety was abandoned by the gateway, attempting to endanger the health of the second officer. The gateway wanted the second officer to hang outside the main aircraft entrance, risking a long fall to the ramp surface, to open the cargo door. I requested the gateway to correct the unsafe condition by placing the boarding stairs, which is normal procedure to the aircraft. After a delay, the gateway personnel finally positioned the boarding stairs under the aircraft main entrance door. This providing safety for the second officer to be outside the aircraft and observed cargo door operation. On the ramp a person presumed to be the frt supervisor, was pacing. Shifting his weight back and forth, hitting his clipboard against the palm of one hand. He appeard to be very mad. As the second officer exited the aircraft, I noticed this frt person rush over to him, and using frantic hand actions, aggressively started talking to the second officer. This frt person rushed into the cockpit, red faced, with all actions clearly indicating that he was mad. He started insisting that there was a problem with our taxi and demanded to know what my problem was. He then referenced the pilot association, insisting that the reason for his presumed taxi problem was due to the crews 'unity'. He continued on with his intimidation, then rushed off the aircraft. After performing the 'secure checklist', and exiting the aircraft, another frt person, a mr X, hurriedly approached me and rudely demanded my name, and wrote it down. I asked why he was demanding my name. He stated 'for general purposes.' the entire cae gateway during this day shift was rude and uncooperative. I attempted to get the name of the person that came into the cockpit, that intimidated and perceived threat to myself and crew. Several people did not want to, nor did they, give it to me. Finally, from a very uncooperative mechanic, I was able to get the name of the person, that had intimidated myself and crew. His name is 'Y', a frt day supervisor. The mechanic could not remember Y's last name. After waiting 30 mins for the hotel van, which Y had indicated that he would call, I rechked with Y to see if in fact he had called the hotel. Y began demanding why I was wanting his name. Y did this several times, west/O answering my question. Another frt person in the office said that they hadn't called the hotel yet, because they wanted to get the packages delivered first, then they would call the hotel. This left myself and crew to attempt to find someplace to wait for the hotel van. No crew quarters are provided at cae. The WX was very hot and humid, west/O us being able to find a suitable climatically controled area to wait in. I myself, called the hotel, arranging to be picked up. Y actions and statements led me to believe that he wanted us to operate the aircraft unsafely and unlawfully. And that Y was putting into action disciplinary proceedings, attempting to force us to comply. This was in order to meet an arbitrary time limit, to deliver packages on time. West/O regard for safety, legality, or morality. This incident is not my first experience with frt service co allowing its management and employees to violate FAA regulations, and disregard the human morality of safety. His intimidation and perceived threats caused myself and crew considerable amount of stress. This stress in turn caused fatigue, as the worry interfered with our ability to gain restful sleep. Stress and fatigue can be an extremely hazardous combination. This incident discussed with frt management fleet supervisor mr Z.

Title: ACR FRT PLT REPORTS UNSAFE CONDITION AND POSSIBLE HAZARD TO OTHER FLT CREW MEMBER IN OPERATION OF FRT DOOR ON CARGO ACFT DURING GND OPERATION.
Narrative: WE BLOCKED OUT OF SDF, AFTER A LATE SAT SORT, AT AM:31Z. WE ENTERED THE CAE RAMP AREA, THROUGH A NARROWER THAN NORMAL, ACCESS TXWY, 'K' OFF OF 'A'. THIS TXWY HAS VERY LITTLE LEAD-IN TO AID IN THE TURN. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A RIGID PERPENDICULAR TURN. REQUIRING PRECISE MANEUVERING OF THE ACFT, IN ORDER TO AVOID DRIVING THE MAIN WHEEL LNDG GEAR OFF OF TXWY, INTO THE MUD. OTHER FRT ACFT HAVE HAD NEAR INCIDENTS OF THE ABOVE NATURE. CAE GATEWAY PROVIDES NO WING WALKERS, NOR MARSHALLING ASSISTANCE IN MAKING THE PERPENDICULAR TURN FROM TXWY 'A' ONTO 'K'. AFTER SHUTTING DOWN THE ENGS, IN POS ON THE RAMP, THE CAE GATEWAY IMMEDIATELY WANTED TO CARGO DOOR OPEN TO UNLOAD THE FREIGHT. NORMAL SAFETY WAS ABANDONED BY THE GATEWAY, ATTEMPTING TO ENDANGER THE HEALTH OF THE S/O. THE GATEWAY WANTED THE S/O TO HANG OUTSIDE THE MAIN ACFT ENTRANCE, RISKING A LONG FALL TO THE RAMP SURFACE, TO OPEN THE CARGO DOOR. I REQUESTED THE GATEWAY TO CORRECT THE UNSAFE CONDITION BY PLACING THE BOARDING STAIRS, WHICH IS NORMAL PROC TO THE ACFT. AFTER A DELAY, THE GATEWAY PERSONNEL FINALLY POSITIONED THE BOARDING STAIRS UNDER THE ACFT MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR. THIS PROVIDING SAFETY FOR THE S/O TO BE OUTSIDE THE ACFT AND OBSERVED CARGO DOOR OPERATION. ON THE RAMP A PERSON PRESUMED TO BE THE FRT SUPVR, WAS PACING. SHIFTING HIS WT BACK AND FORTH, HITTING HIS CLIPBOARD AGAINST THE PALM OF ONE HAND. HE APPEARD TO BE VERY MAD. AS THE S/O EXITED THE ACFT, I NOTICED THIS FRT PERSON RUSH OVER TO HIM, AND USING FRANTIC HAND ACTIONS, AGGRESSIVELY STARTED TALKING TO THE S/O. THIS FRT PERSON RUSHED INTO THE COCKPIT, RED FACED, WITH ALL ACTIONS CLRLY INDICATING THAT HE WAS MAD. HE STARTED INSISTING THAT THERE WAS A PROB WITH OUR TAXI AND DEMANDED TO KNOW WHAT MY PROB WAS. HE THEN REFERENCED THE PLT ASSOCIATION, INSISTING THAT THE REASON FOR HIS PRESUMED TAXI PROB WAS DUE TO THE CREWS 'UNITY'. HE CONTINUED ON WITH HIS INTIMIDATION, THEN RUSHED OFF THE ACFT. AFTER PERFORMING THE 'SECURE CHKLIST', AND EXITING THE ACFT, ANOTHER FRT PERSON, A MR X, HURRIEDLY APCHED ME AND RUDELY DEMANDED MY NAME, AND WROTE IT DOWN. FINALLY, FROM A VERY UNCOOPERATIVE MECH, I WAS ABLE TO GET THE NAME OF THE PERSON, THAT HAD INTIMIDATED MYSELF AND CREW. HIS NAME IS 'Y', A FRT DAY SUPVR. THE MECH COULD NOT REMEMBER Y'S LAST NAME. AFTER WAITING 30 MINS FOR THE HOTEL VAN, WHICH Y HAD INDICATED THAT HE WOULD CALL, I RECHKED WITH Y TO SEE IF IN FACT HE HAD CALLED THE HOTEL. Y BEGAN DEMANDING WHY I WAS WANTING HIS NAME. Y DID THIS SEVERAL TIMES, W/O ANSWERING MY QUESTION. ANOTHER FRT PERSON IN THE OFFICE SAID THAT THEY HADN'T CALLED THE HOTEL YET, BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO GET THE PACKAGES DELIVERED FIRST, THEN THEY WOULD CALL THE HOTEL. THIS L MYSELF AND CREW TO ATTEMPT TO FIND SOMEPLACE TO WAIT FOR THE HOTEL VAN. NO CREW QUARTERS ARE PROVIDED AT CAE. THE WX WAS VERY HOT AND HUMID, W/O US BEING ABLE TO FIND A SUITABLE CLIMATICALLY CTLED AREA TO WAIT IN. I MYSELF, CALLED THE HOTEL, ARRANGING TO BE PICKED UP. Y ACTIONS AND STATEMENTS LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT HE WANTED US TO OPERATE THE ACFT UNSAFELY AND UNLAWFULLY. AND THAT Y WAS PUTTING INTO ACTION DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS, ATTEMPTING TO FORCE US TO COMPLY. THIS WAS IN ORDER TO MEET AN ARBITRARY TIME LIMIT, TO DELIVER PACKAGES ON TIME. W/O REGARD FOR SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR MORALITY. THIS INCIDENT IS NOT MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH FRT SVC CO ALLOWING ITS MGMNT AND EMPLOYEES TO VIOLATE FAA REGS, AND DISREGARD THE HUMAN MORALITY OF SAFETY. THIS INCIDENT DISCUSSED WITH FRT MGMNT FLEET SUPVR MR Z.
