Narrative:

Developmental instructed air carrier X to cross mizar intersection at 12000. Controller missed readback of 10000, unknown if this was garbled. Aware of event after air carrier X descended through 12000 inside of detroit approach airspace. I thought descent clearance through 12000 was given by detroit approach.
