Narrative:

I was cleared to taxi to runway 19R at las on taxiway echo. Taxiing out from transient tie down at row 21 at FBO I inadvertently turned left on runway 19R instead of the taxiway. I became aware of my error when I saw an small aircraft accelerating toward me. I pulled to the extreme right of the runway. The small aircraft continued its takeoff with no problem. I contacted ground control who ordered me off the runway. I complied with alacrity. I believe that larger, more noticeable signs identifying taxiways and runways would have prevented my error. Las vegas is particularly confusing because there is a taxiway between 19L and 19R as well as a taxiway on the other side of each runway.
