Narrative:

At 9000 ft and position indicated left engine failed (60 percent RPM no oil pressure) etc. We ran shutdown drill then crew ii. Notified ATC and began emergency procedures for landing. We also attempted 1 relight with no success while descending. We secured engine for final approach (crew ii) ensured passenger were briefed and secured for landing. We verified oil (checklists were completed) - crash fire rescue equipment was standing by and we accomplished visual (single engine) approach and landed in tup. Landing was without incident and we taxied to gate.

WE VERIFIED OIL (CHKLISTS WERE COMPLETED) - CFR WAS STANDING BY AND WE ACCOMPLISHED VISUAL (SINGLE ENG) APCH AND LANDED IN TUP. LNDG WAS WITHOUT INCIDENT AND WE TAXIED TO GATE.
