Narrative:
There was a failure to post the restr areas as being in use. As such aircraft inbound to mco deviated through the restr areas to arrive at mco. Supervisors did not check to see if areas were active. Supplemental information from acn 184264: the sheet that comes out posting military activities apparently was not posted on the supervisor's deck or possibly just got misplaced. It was corrected later on in the day and posted accordingly. To correct the situation the supervisors desk should have a daily file/box to put all notices in for that particular day.
