Narrative:

I was landing at mke. After normal approach to runway 070 and cleared for landing by tower, approximately 3/4 the way down the runway, the left wing fell to the ground and the aircraft went off the runway into a spin. The left main gear failed to come down. Even after getting a green light that gear was down and locked. After the landing I reviewed the aircraft with FAA and FBO. The aircraft left gear push rod failed for unknown reason. I observed a green light with left gear still in the up mode. This incident was not my fault and no action should come out of this. I would be happy to help in any way to find out what part failed and why I still got a green light.
