Narrative:
Called for takeoff to follow company helicopter on a basin departure. Tower reported traffic in final for touch and go for 16L and cleared us for takeoff via the parallel taxiway. (Departure point was approximately 1700 ft south of threshold). We acknowledged and observed an aircraft on about a 1/4 mi final and departed. Just after departure, an airplane rolled out of FBO and turned north on taxiway. We were about to drift right to avoid other flight when we observed an airplane at the same altitude (off to the right). We deviated left to avoid any further conflict. Horizontal distance was approximately 100 ft. In telephone conversation with tower, we confirmed aircraft was the touch and go aircraft, apparently followed through quickly. Tower pointed us out to him on another frequency. Aircraft had us in sight.

Title: CORP HELI HAS NMAC WITH TOUCH AND GO TFC ON TKOF.
Narrative: CALLED FOR TKOF TO FOLLOW COMPANY HELI ON A BASIN DEP. TWR RPTED TFC IN FINAL FOR TOUCH AND GO FOR 16L AND CLRED US FOR TKOF VIA THE PARALLEL TAXIWAY. (DEP POINT WAS APPROX 1700 FT S OF THRESHOLD). WE ACKNOWLEDGED AND OBSERVED AN ACFT ON ABOUT A 1/4 MI FINAL AND DEPARTED. JUST AFTER DEP, AN AIRPLANE ROLLED OUT OF FBO AND TURNED N ON TAXIWAY. WE WERE ABOUT TO DRIFT R TO AVOID OTHER FLT WHEN WE OBSERVED AN AIRPLANE AT THE SAME ALT (OFF TO THE R). WE DEVIATED L TO AVOID ANY FURTHER CONFLICT. HORIZ DISTANCE WAS APPROX 100 FT. IN TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH TWR, WE CONFIRMED ACFT WAS THE TOUCH AND GO ACFT, APPARENTLY FOLLOWED THROUGH QUICKLY. TWR POINTED US OUT TO HIM ON ANOTHER FREQ. ACFT HAD US IN SIGHT.
