Narrative:
Landed runway 4R bos. Switched from tower 119.1 to tower 128.8 as requested by 119.1, then crossed 4L with clearance. Contacted ground 121.9 on north taxiway. Cleared to gate by ground via 'north inner', crossed 15R, aircraft in position on runway 15R. Immediately after crossing runway 15R, captain made maximum effort stop to avoid hitting a commuter small transport Y which was taxiing on inner into our path. Captain verified our clearance with ground. Airport was in chaos at the time with runway change.
