Narrative:

Taxiway 'north indiana' on the northeast side of dfw has a published frequency of 121.65. We are supposed to use also 134.05 an unpublished frequency. There are no set rules when to use which frequency when you taxi out of our ramp. You just try one 'till you can get a word in and be told to go to the other. Or you just try switching yourself! Very confusing! Unsafe. Dfw tower frequencys are so crowded that there are no readbacks a lot of times. You can't get a word in a lot of times and safety is being compromised badly. Too many people talk too fast, including us pilots. Too many errors are being made; wrong call signs, wrong runway numbers in crossing clrncs, no company included a lot of times, just flight numbers on radio. Dfw needs more runways and more control towers for this huge airport with it's present traffic load. Collisions are going to occur and traffic keeps growing.
