Narrative:
WX went from 5 scattered to 5 overcast during flight from last report. Did not realize the field was IFR until about 3 min before landing. No response on unicom 122.8. Announced intentions in the blind and landed on 35. WX was not practical for circle. Did not make contact on 123.6 due to oversight. Traffic on field getting ready for takeoff did not seem to be a problem.
