Narrative:
Air carrier X was eastbound on J2 to jax. Air carrier X was cleared to cross five zero mi west of tay at FL240. Air carrier X read back cross 50 mi west of tay at one four zero. The erroneous readback was not caught until the aircraft had descended to FL195 and had violated R28 (tlh lows) airspace.

Narrative: ACR X WAS EBOUND ON J2 TO JAX. ACR X WAS CLRED TO CROSS FIVE ZERO MI W OF TAY AT FL240. ACR X READ BACK CROSS 50 MI W OF TAY AT ONE FOUR ZERO. THE ERRONEOUS READBACK WAS NOT CAUGHT UNTIL THE ACFT HAD DSNDED TO FL195 AND HAD VIOLATED R28 (TLH LOWS) AIRSPACE.
