Narrative:
After takeoff we found out that a passenger seat that was usually blocked off to accommodate an extra load factor flight attendant had been filled with a revenue passenger. All seats had been taken, and the flight attendant took a seat in the galley for takeoff and climb out. After finding out the situation during cruise the captain had the flight attendant situation in a cockpit jump seat for landing.
