Narrative:
Flew as captain from sfo to lax. Had a chicken crew meal, copilot had a fish crew meal. We started a return flight to sfo, it was my leg to fly. During the climb out I started feeling bad, then very bad. I turned the aircraft over to the copilot, and shortly after threw up my lunch. I have enclosed a copy of my report to company. This was a very dangerous situation. If the copilot had become sick the risk would have been extreme. Perhaps it would help if you put out some information on the care and feeding of pilots.
