Narrative:
Northeast sector of orf VOR was unreliable for navigation on both cockpit RMI's and both cockpit HSI's. Both 'off flags' appeared intermittently. This condition existed between 150 and 30 DME tracking inbound in the northeast sector. ATC indicated VOR was normal. Another carrier reported same problem.

Title: FLC OF LGT RPTING NE SECTOR OF ORF VOR ERRATIC SIGNAL.
Narrative: NE SECTOR OF ORF VOR WAS UNRELIABLE FOR NAV ON BOTH COCKPIT RMI'S AND BOTH COCKPIT HSI'S. BOTH 'OFF FLAGS' APPEARED INTERMITTENTLY. THIS CONDITION EXISTED BTWN 150 AND 30 DME TRACKING INBOUND IN THE NE SECTOR. ATC INDICATED VOR WAS NORMAL. ANOTHER CARRIER RPTED SAME PROBLEM.
