Narrative:
Upon routine repair station inspection, FAA official found that original equipment manufactured parts did not have FAA-dma approved printed on the box or part. The official stated that these were non approved parts and therefore the repair station was in violation. Upon this statement, the repair station certificate and repair man certificate were surrendered.

Title: REPAIR STATION HAD IN STOCK PARTS NOT APPROVED BY FAA. REPAIRMAN CERTIFICATE LIFTED BY INSPECTOR.
Narrative: UPON ROUTINE REPAIR STATION INSPECTION, FAA OFFICIAL FOUND THAT ORIGINAL EQUIP MANUFACTURED PARTS DID NOT HAVE FAA-DMA APPROVED PRINTED ON THE BOX OR PART. THE OFFICIAL STATED THAT THESE WERE NON APPROVED PARTS AND THEREFORE THE REPAIR STATION WAS IN VIOLATION. UPON THIS STATEMENT, THE REPAIR STATION CERTIFICATE AND REPAIR MAN CERTIFICATE WERE SURRENDERED.
