Narrative:
The aerial banner I was towing separated from the towing line while in cruise flight over andover, ma. I drove to the site where the banner landed. I retrieved the banner and spoke to the occupant of property where it landed. No property damage was apparent or purported. The cause of the banner loss was determined to be insufficiently strong bridal strapping.

Title: BIPLANE LOSES BANNER INFLT.
Narrative: THE AERIAL BANNER I WAS TOWING SEPARATED FROM THE TOWING LINE WHILE IN CRUISE FLT OVER ANDOVER, MA. I DROVE TO THE SITE WHERE THE BANNER LANDED. I RETRIEVED THE BANNER AND SPOKE TO THE OCCUPANT OF PROPERTY WHERE IT LANDED. NO PROPERTY DAMAGE WAS APPARENT OR PURPORTED. THE CAUSE OF THE BANNER LOSS WAS DETERMINED TO BE INSUFFICIENTLY STRONG BRIDAL STRAPPING.
