Narrative:
At 1500 ft AGL, #1 engine experienced power loss. Accomplished appropriate checklists, declared emergency to dfw departure control. Dumped about 1000 pounds of fuel down to stand pipes. Landed after 2 engine approach. Landing was done overweight because of rapidly approaching thunderstorms. Fire equipment standing by.
