Narrative:
Medium large transport X was issued a clearance to 14000 that was meant for company large transport. Medium large transport X was at FL220 with fgt Y at FL210 underneath. When confliction was noticed I stopped medium large transport X at FL210 when I noticed the fgt Y had vacated FL210. I probably was looking at medium large transport X when I meant to give clearance to the large transport. I even put the altitude in the large transport's data block. Since I also missed the readback, I guess paying closer attention might have avoided the incident, but I probably would not have caught it anyhow, because I wanted to hear what I wanted to.
