Narrative:
Our company issues the rdc NOTAMS for our departure, destination and alternate airports via a computer printout. During vectoring for the ILS the crew reviewed the company issued fdc NOTAMS for the ILS. The NOTAMS called for a significant change in missed approach procedures. Upon questioning ATC about the changes, we were advised that the fdc NOTAM was not in effect and the published missed approach procedure was current on the approach plate. Had we not questioned ATC and executed the fdc NOTAM procedure, an incorrect turn and NAVAID use would have occurred. A potential safety hazard and violation were imminent. After the flight, further discussion with ATC, the local FSDO and our company flight operations, it was revealed that our issued NOTAMS were not revised. It was suggested that a review of our company procedures on issuing NOTAMS to flcs be corrected.

Title: FLC OF LGT REVIEWING NOTAMS ISSUED BY COMPANY AS INFO. FLC QUESTIONED APCH CTLR REF CHANGES AND WERE ADVISED THE NOTAM WAS NOT IN EFFECT.
Narrative: OUR COMPANY ISSUES THE RDC NOTAMS FOR OUR DEP, DEST AND ALTERNATE ARPTS VIA A COMPUTER PRINTOUT. DURING VECTORING FOR THE ILS THE CREW REVIEWED THE COMPANY ISSUED FDC NOTAMS FOR THE ILS. THE NOTAMS CALLED FOR A SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN MISSED APCH PROCS. UPON QUESTIONING ATC ABOUT THE CHANGES, WE WERE ADVISED THAT THE FDC NOTAM WAS NOT IN EFFECT AND THE PUBLISHED MISSED APCH PROC WAS CURRENT ON THE APCH PLATE. HAD WE NOT QUESTIONED ATC AND EXECUTED THE FDC NOTAM PROC, AN INCORRECT TURN AND NAVAID USE WOULD HAVE OCCURRED. A POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARD AND VIOLATION WERE IMMINENT. AFTER THE FLT, FURTHER DISCUSSION WITH ATC, THE LCL FSDO AND OUR COMPANY FLT OPS, IT WAS REVEALED THAT OUR ISSUED NOTAMS WERE NOT REVISED. IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT A REVIEW OF OUR COMPANY PROCS ON ISSUING NOTAMS TO FLCS BE CORRECTED.
