Narrative:
Departed 015 VFR direct sac metropolitan , pop up ZOA, request ILS at metropolitan, handoff sac approach, reported airport in sight visual approach, sac tower refused airport below 1 mi fog, back to approach given vectors for ILS 16R, normal ILS and landing and taxi to GA, left passenger, preflight aircraft depart IFR to VFR, direct reno cannon, arrive at rno. Preflight at reno. VFR to 015 (home base). Contacted by FAA (FSDO-sac) on tues. Ask about any damage to aircraft. Reply none. Sac metropolitan reported damage to approach lights. No problem was observed by pilot or front passenger (also IFR pilot). No damage to aircraft found on preflight.

PREFLT AT RENO. VFR TO 015 (HOME BASE). CONTACTED BY FAA (FSDO-SAC) ON TUES. ASK ABOUT ANY DAMAGE TO ACFT. REPLY NONE. SAC METRO RPTED DAMAGE TO APCH LIGHTS.
