Narrative:

I accidently removed the flight plan on an small transport, which had a computer identify #abc. I was attempting (and failed) to removed the flight plan on a mlt (cid #bbc). Once I removed the small transport, he went to an untracked status and proceeded to enter rmt low at 13000 without a handoff. I discovered my error when the small transport asked for lower. I reidented the small transport and completed a handoff to rmt low. All other aspects regarding the small transport were normal. In short, I typed the wrong cid (abc visibility a visibility bbc) when I entered an rs message (remove strip message). Had I been aware that I had removed the wrong flight plan, you wouldn't be reading this!
