Narrative:
We made an improper landing at sna due to MEL which states all reversers must be operative for an operation at sna. We were therefore improperly dispatched, and I missed the anomaly as well and made the landing at sna. Supplemental information from acn 197716: first officer unaware of all contents of MEL as it is the captain's manual, therefore unable to give proper advice.

Narrative: WE MADE AN IMPROPER LNDG AT SNA DUE TO MEL WHICH STATES ALL REVERSERS MUST BE OPERATIVE FOR AN OP AT SNA. WE WERE THEREFORE IMPROPERLY DISPATCHED, AND I MISSED THE ANOMALY AS WELL AND MADE THE LNDG AT SNA. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 197716: FO UNAWARE OF ALL CONTENTS OF MEL AS IT IS THE CAPT'S MANUAL, THEREFORE UNABLE TO GIVE PROPER ADVICE.
