Narrative:
Looking for traffic outside after TCASII showed close traffic. Went through 9000 ft by 270 ft immediately climbed back up. Always stabilize aircraft before both heads are outside.

Narrative: LOOKING FOR TFC OUTSIDE AFTER TCASII SHOWED CLOSE TFC. WENT THROUGH 9000 FT BY 270 FT IMMEDIATELY CLBED BACK UP. ALWAYS STABILIZE ACFT BEFORE BOTH HEADS ARE OUTSIDE.
