Narrative:
On jan/xx/92, doing touch and goes, on second landing, engine stopped on downwind. Got cleared to land, missed runway because of speed and altitude. No damage done to aircraft. No personal injury. Cause was carburetor ice, or out of fuel. Forgot to turn on carburetor heat, or misread fuel onboard. To prevent, check carburetor heat, make sure fuel is correct.
