Narrative:
On a flight from mco to mia passing through 16700 on the way to 17000 we got a TCASII TA followed immediately by an RA. The TCASII was followed and resulted in a climb to 17300. ATC was advised, the VFR aircraft passed directly under our nose in the opposite direction. We returned to 17000.

Narrative: ON A FLT FROM MCO TO MIA PASSING THROUGH 16700 ON THE WAY TO 17000 WE GOT A TCASII TA FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY BY AN RA. THE TCASII WAS FOLLOWED AND RESULTED IN A CLB TO 17300. ATC WAS ADVISED, THE VFR ACFT PASSED DIRECTLY UNDER OUR NOSE IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. WE RETURNED TO 17000.
