Narrative:

Departed runway 36L at hsv. At approximately 1000 ft MSL TCASII indicated an intruder aircraft at 12 O'clock. TCASII gave climb command in excess of 3500 FPM. Pilot followed command. Assigned altitude was 2800 MSL. Deviated from altitude to 4200 ft to satisfy TCASII.

Narrative: DEPARTED RWY 36L AT HSV. AT APPROX 1000 FT MSL TCASII INDICATED AN INTRUDER ACFT AT 12 O'CLOCK. TCASII GAVE CLB COMMAND IN EXCESS OF 3500 FPM. PLT FOLLOWED COMMAND. ASSIGNED ALT WAS 2800 MSL. DEVIATED FROM ALT TO 4200 FT TO SATISFY TCASII.
