Narrative:
Air carrier X departed runway 24. Departure control issued heading of 330 maintain 5000. Departure control issued unknown traffic 12 O'clock 5 mi swbound altitude indicates 5500 unverified. Air carrier X requested turn around unknown aircraft. I issued 020 heading. Air carrier X advised TCASII was instructing them to descend reference unknown aircraft. Air carrier X complied with TCASII and deviation from assigned altitude by 400 ft. At no point was separation ever lost.

Narrative: ACR X DEPARTED RWY 24. DEP CTL ISSUED HDG OF 330 MAINTAIN 5000. DEP CTL ISSUED UNKNOWN TFC 12 O'CLOCK 5 MI SWBOUND ALT INDICATES 5500 UNVERIFIED. ACR X REQUESTED TURN AROUND UNKNOWN ACFT.
