Narrative:
2 aircraft en route to dfw. 1 was at FL290 (air carrier X) the other at FL330 (air carrier Y). Both were like types with like speeds. I climbed the trailing aircraft to FL310 and turned him to a 070 degree heading. After I believed I had lateral separation I climbed trailing aircraft to FL330. Loss of separation occurred due to winds and controller judgement.
