Narrative:
While flying from pierre, sd, to rapid city, I picked up light then moderate rime ice. All deice equipment worked except windshield heat. It was hard to see and judge distance. I held 120 mph till the middle marker. Then started reducing power. The aircraft did not shake from stalling but started descending rapidly. I then put takeoff power back in and touched down at 15 ft before the runway end identifier lights, striking 1 light on the bottom of the fuselage. I learned that you should not reduce power until over the landing surface.
