Narrative:
This complaint is in reference to the radar mapping at washington tower. The display is inconsistent to marking p- 56. This provides confusion to both pilots and controller to whether or not P-56 was violated. This problem frequently occurs due to P-56 close proximity to the dca VOR.

Narrative: THIS COMPLAINT IS IN REF TO THE RADAR MAPPING AT WASHINGTON TWR. THE DISPLAY IS INCONSISTENT TO MARKING P- 56. THIS PROVIDES CONFUSION TO BOTH PLTS AND CTLR TO WHETHER OR NOT P-56 WAS VIOLATED. THIS PROBLEM FREQUENTLY OCCURS DUE TO P-56 CLOSE PROX TO THE DCA VOR.
