Narrative:
Right engine stoppage due to fuel problem. Problem later found out to be fuel valve malfunction. Requested center for immediate deviation back to sebring airport. Requested cancellation of IFR flight plan and began turn back to airport. Center apparently did not hear my first request for IFR cancellation. Made second request after center questioned turn back to sebring. Landed at sebring without further incident and found fuel imbalance in tanks due to fuel valve malfunction. Corrected and continued flight.
