Narrative:

Climbing through 29000 ft the cabin climbed to 10000 and continued climbing at 1000 FPM unable to stop cabin climbing. We received clearance for cle center to descend to 25000 ft and requested descent to 10000 ft and cle said to stand by. They asked if we were declaring an emergency and we said yes. We received clearance to 10000 ft. We then received clearance to 9000 ft. We talked with our dispatcher and received a new fuel burn and continued on to lga and made a normal landing.

Narrative: CLBING THROUGH 29000 FT THE CABIN CLBED TO 10000 AND CONTINUED CLBING AT 1000 FPM UNABLE TO STOP CABIN CLBING. WE RECEIVED CLRNC FOR CLE CTR TO DSND TO 25000 FT AND REQUESTED DSCNT TO 10000 FT AND CLE SAID TO STAND BY. THEY ASKED IF WE WERE DECLARING AN EMER AND WE SAID YES. WE RECEIVED CLRNC TO 10000 FT. WE THEN RECEIVED CLRNC TO 9000 FT. WE TALKED WITH OUR DISPATCHER AND RECEIVED A NEW FUEL BURN AND CONTINUED ON TO LGA AND MADE A NORMAL LNDG.
