Narrative:
We pushed off the gate and started engines. The captain had told the ground personnel to disconnect. A short time later, the flight attendants called the cockpit with a system problem. After the system problem was settled, the captain asked me to get a taxi clearance. I called for taxi. The aircraft moved ahead and ran over the tow bar.

Title: ACR WDB INADVERTENTLY TAXIED OVER THE TOW BAR AFTER PUSHBACK.
Narrative: WE PUSHED OFF THE GATE AND STARTED ENGS. THE CAPT HAD TOLD THE GND PERSONNEL TO DISCONNECT. A SHORT TIME LATER, THE FLT ATTENDANTS CALLED THE COCKPIT WITH A SYS PROBLEM. AFTER THE SYS PROBLEM WAS SETTLED, THE CAPT ASKED ME TO GET A TAXI CLRNC. I CALLED FOR TAXI. THE ACFT MOVED AHEAD AND RAN OVER THE TOW BAR.
