At rotation, right engine ingested canadian goose. Loud jolt, vibration, engine stall, and flame out occurred simultaneously. Emergency was declared, checklist performed and landing completed without further incident.

Narrative: AT ROTATION, R ENG INGESTED CANADIAN GOOSE. LOUD JOLT, VIBRATION, ENG STALL, AND FLAME OUT OCCURRED SIMULTANEOUSLY. EMER WAS DECLARED, CHKLIST PERFORMED AND LNDG COMPLETED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
